What is.... Google Drive Keep

About Google Keep

Google Keep is a separate part of Google Drive - it is a free tool for keeping sticky notes, to-do lists, and picture-reminders in one place.

The picture feature is useful because it can recognize the text in your images and will transcribe it for you (add the text to your note) if you wish.

Keep can also provide reminders based on date/time or based on locations (so if you set a reminder for the grocery store, once you arrived you would be told to remember the milk).

It is available as an app for Android devices or can be accessed with a computer at this website: https://drive.google.com/keep
